Sappu married Rajesh Goyal, an Indian businessman from Gujarat, on July 20, 2013. Together, they were blessed with a son named Shaurya. After her marriage, Sapna moved to Gujarat, India, where she resided for a few years. However, due to disagreements with her husband, she decided to return to Mumbai, bringing her son with her, to revive her career in the film industry.
