Sarah had started her career with Degrassi and then appeared in one more TV show called Heartland. She appeared in films with Kiss and Cry and won Best Actress at the Flagler Film Festival in Florida. She subsequently appeared in The World According to Billy Potwin, Deadly Double Cross and Stickman. In 2018, Sarah played the lead role of Roxy Rostand in the film #Roxy alongside Danny Trejo, BooBoo Stewart and Jake Short. In 2021, Sarah appeared in a comedy show The Potwins as Megan Potwin.
