Shreya Gupto was born on November 28, 1995 in Kolkata, West Bengal. She is a single daughter. Her parents were separated at a young age. Her maternal grandfather took care of her when her mother went to get bread for her family. Shreya did her studies at Jawahar Vidhyalaya, Chennai. She graduated from Chennai and then came to Bengaluru to pursue post-graduation in Mass Communication from Christ University.

Career
Shreya debuted in the Tamil film industry with the film Pallikoodan in 2007 as a child actress. She has also been a part of Romeo Juliet, Varanaam Ayiram and Arambam. After working on a few films, she took a break from acting to focus on studies.
After completing his studies, he began working in television commercials. Meanwhile, she worked on advertisements for many famous brands.
