The Virginia mother accused of orchestrating a twisted “daddy-daughter” sex plot has been denied a request to be released from jail before her trial after arguing she is “not particularly dangerous.”
Eleanor Hunton Hoppe’s motion filed on December 9 to be released from prison and live with her aunt before her child sexual abuse trial was denied on December 15, according to The Daily Progress.
The accused pedophile also appears to be rejecting a plea deal that was set to expire Dec. 14, according to a federal motion over allegations that Hoppe is receiving substandard medical treatment at the D.C. Department of Corrections.
The deal would have required her to plead guilty to seducing a minor.
The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years in prison, the outlet reported.
It was the second time the 45-year-old woman had tried to get out of jail after her arrest in March at a Warrenton motel.
The Charlottesville-area woman was arrested at the motel after meeting an undercover FBI agent who she allegedly believed was a father soliciting group sex with his 8-year-old daughter.

Hoppe had also been denied pretrial release in April when a judge dismissed her claim that she was an “upstanding citizen” because she went to college and had legal experience, calling her “a grave danger to the community.”
“She wants to get out of jail, but no one will let her out of jail,” legal analyst David Heilberg told the outlet.

Hoppe was initially arrested after sending the undercover agent a 30-second video containing explicit child sexual abuse after being caught by the FBI on a fetish site.
“Hey! I’m a single mom raising two daughters in a very open mother-daughter relationship. I’m hoping to connect with similar families in VA through this forum… It would be great to find a father figure to complete our family,” she supposedly Hoppe had written, according to the outlet.
“Remember this is a special night between dad and daughter, no clothes needed,” Hoppe allegedly texted the agent. “I will be the[r]and as soon as I can and I will get naked for[o].”
Hoppe was allegedly in possession of lubricant and a pink child’s clothing item that matched a similar outfit he was promised when he arrived at the motel.
After being caught, she allegedly claimed she had traveled to Warrenton to avoid child abuse.
Hoppe’s ex-husband, Joel Hoppe, is a trial judge in the Western District of Virginia.
After his arrest, Joel Hoppe won custody of the couple’s daughters, ages 10 and 12, according to The Roanoke Times.
Hoppe’s prominent Richmond family ran the second largest law firm in Virginia.
The accused pedophile was known as a fixture on the Albemarle County social scene before her arrest.
