The Taliban appear to be taking measures straight out of the “Barbie Movie.”
The video uploaded to YouTube and circulating on social media appears to show Taliban security forces armed with AK-47s patrolling the streets on roller skates.
Several could be seen skating through traffic next to a truck, where a terrorist was manning a turret.
At other points in the 22-minute video, Taliban fighters could be seen skittering or clinging to the moving truck to be towed.
The video was uploaded by YouTuber Yadullah Marvi, who describes himself online as a parkour athlete in the city, on November 11.
“The first part of the military figure skating performance on the streets of Kabul,” Marvi wrote in the video description.

Throughout the video, the Taliban fighters appear to be expert skaters, using t-stops and cross-skating.
At one point, a wrestler could even be seen changing direction to look behind while holding on to a truck.
All of the Taliban fighters in the video were wearing camouflage uniforms, in which several had black and white Velcro flags of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the formal name of the government installed by the Taliban after the departure of the United States, according to Task and Purpose. .
As they approached intersections and traffic, they could be seen speeding in the gaps between lanes to stop cross traffic or force drivers to clear the way for them.
Almost everyone in the truck could be seen filming on their phones, including several who were leaning out the window to get a better look.

A skateboarder is also seen wearing civilian-style headphones and can be seen pulling out his phone as if he were changing a song on a playlist.
But the video also included dramatic music in the background, as sirens blared to warn residents of their presence.
Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadron confirmed that the video was authentic and showed public security police officers operating under the Interior Ministry, he told The Telegraph.

Another Taliban security official also said he witnessed the event.
“It was really fun – incredible balance and body strength,” he told the UK outlet.
“It may be common in other places in the world, but for us it was rare to see it on the roads of Kabul.”
The video appears to be part of the terrorist group’s efforts to change its name.

He has also shared photos of Taliban fighters enjoying amusement parks and swinging.
Before taking control of the country, the Taliban also shared videos and photos of them exercising and eating ice cream.
