Biography
Tanner Fussell was born in Statesboro, Georgia into a religious home where very little secular music was allowed. He was introverted and spent hours alone in his room, playing and singing. He gained confidence when some of his friends convinced him to play for them.
Tanner began playing and formed his first band, Half-Seas Over, which played throughout the Southeast for five years. Half-Seas Over released a three-song EP called “The Hideout Sessions” in 2017. The band included his best friend and drummer, Will Smith. Unfortunately, Will died in a car accident and Tanner then moved to Nashville to pursue music. In 2022, she participated as a contestant on the singing show The Voice 22, broadcast on NBC.
