The man was involved with a couple who was doing a sexual scene in broad daylight and in front of a busy park in the area.
The images show a woman sitting on one of the monuments in Obrero Park and performing oral sex on who would be her romantic partner.
The video was recorded by one of the citizens who was passing by this public place in Itagüí and noticed the scene.
The video, which was shared on social networks, has generated rejection and indignation.
“Terrible. Are there no motels in Itagüí?”, “Why don’t they call the Police?”, “What a lack of respect” and “How horrible!” What if children had seen?” were some messages.

Can they be fined in Colombia?
According to article 33 of the Colombian Police Code, these types of acts can be punished with a fine of up to 16 current legal daily minimum wages (SMDLV).
