Liam Stych and his partner Tia Draper were reportedly walking in Hall Green, Birmingham, when they noticed a Fiat Punto falling into flood water. The intense rescue that followed is something none of the three will forget anytime soon. This is what happened.

Without concern for his own safety, Liam Stych fearlessly jumped out, opened a window and pulled the child out of the car, he reported. News from heaven. He instantly threw her onto the lap of her partner, who was standing on the bridge photographing the scene.
