Career
Pawar’s foray into politics began during his college days. His commitment and leadership qualities were evident as he actively participated in the student council activities from 2005 to 2012. Notably, he held several crucial positions such as Bhopal Metropolitan Student Technical Director र प् रमुख) in 2007-08 and Bhopal Mahanagar Mantri (भोपाल महानगर मंत्री) in 2009-10 and 2010-11. As coordinator of Bhopal Division (भोपाल विभाग संयोजक) in 2011-2012, Vaibhav dedicated eight years to student council work.
His journey within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) gained momentum when he joined the youth wing BJYM Madhya Pradesh. In 2012, Vaibhav Pawar took over as the state executive member of BJYM, showing his dedication to the party. Later, in 2013-14, he took over the responsibility of State Co-Convenor (Social Media Cell) of BJYM, highlighting his adaptability and versatility.
Continuing his rise within the party, Vaibhav Pawar became state vice-president of Yuva Morcha in 2017. His commitment to the youth wing and principles of the party paved the way for his current role as president of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM).
