In an interview, Srivani mentioned that he was inspired by comments from children who had visited his house and said that there was no one playing the veena in this generation, implying that it was a “dirty” instrument.
Srivani gained considerable popularity when she posted her first video on Facebook. Her skill with the veena attracted the admiration and praise of many. Before that, she had worked in numerous Telugu television channels as an anchor and finally won the Best Anchor award in her field.
