Recently, it was reported that a motorcyclist was found dead following a car accident involving two cars, a Virginia Department of Transportation truck on northbound Interstate 95 in Prince William County on Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, the motorcyclist was identified as Victor M. Harper II, 30, of Dumfries, Virginia. The series of incidents reportedly led to the accident that began shortly after 4:30 p.m. when a Department of Transportation Safety Patrol vehicle. According to Virginia State Police, the road at the 155 mile marker had its emergency lights on.
