In the images broadcast by the local television channel CTV Barranquilla, you can see how the man puts his hand through the fence of the woman’s house and grabs her by the hair, pulling her on different occasions.
The woman tried to defend herself but could do nothing. At the same time she screamed for help; However, no one helped her. The event was recorded in Colombia.
The clip was recorded by a person who accompanied the violent collector, who demanded that the woman pay him.
According to the information shared by local media, the woman did not have the fee she had to pay and that would have unleashed the man’s fury.
