The woman who accused the bicycle driver said that there was no other service available at the time and that auto-taxis had canceled her, so she opted for the bicycle service. The woman alleged that the Rapido driver was using a different bike than the one registered on the app when he arrived for the ride. The taxi driver claimed that his registered bicycle is in service, therefore he is using a different bicycle. The woman proceeded with the service and started her journey after confirming through the app. The woman said: “On the way to the destination, the man allegedly started masturbating while he was driving the motorcycle with his other hand. During the trip, we reached a remote area with no other vehicles around. Surprisingly, the driver started riding with one hand and engaged in inappropriate behavior (masturbating while riding a bike). Fearing for my safety, I remained silent throughout the test.”
She also claimed that she asked the driver to drop her off a few meters from her location in order to keep her address a secret. But after completing the trip, the driver allegedly started texting her and calling her. The woman also posted screenshots of messages sent by the Rapido driver. In text messages, a text says “I love you.”
