Violent explosion! Woman throws computers and scanners to the ground for denial of refund at the airport

Frustration can often reach its boiling point when we encounter obstacles in our daily lives, mainly financial matters. One such incident occurred recently at the Mexico City International Airport, where a woman’s search for a refund escalated into a dramatic outburst.

A woman had an explosive tantrum at the Mexico City International Airport.

The incident gained viral attention after a video showed her damaging equipment and causing a disturbance at a ticket counter.

The woman, María Guadalupe, 56, was upset when a Volaris airline employee could not find her flight reservation in the computer system.

Reports in the Daily Mail indicate that Guadalupe allegedly threw four computer monitors and four portable barcode scanners to the ground during her outburst.

Just as she was leaving the airport, auxiliary policemen caught her.

Guadalupe’s explosive behavior unfolded when she requested a refund from the Volaris worker due to the missing reservation.

However, as she had booked the flight through a travel agency, she was instructed to contact the agency for assistance. This response seemed to ignite his anger and frustration, resulting in his outburst.

The video shows Guadalupe yelling at the airline agent in Spanish.

“If you don’t want to, don’t pay me back. I don’t give a shit. But that’s going to cost you.”

He stood on the airline’s baggage scale, threatened the employee, saying, “Don’t give it to me. But you pay for it.”

The confrontation between Guadalupe and the airline agent escalated until a nearby employee intervened and escorted Guadalupe away from the ticket counter.

Earlier this month, a similar incident occurred. A woman on an American Airlines flight insisted on disembarking at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, claiming a fellow traveler “wasn’t real.”

In another recent incident, a Ryanair flight experienced a disruption when a passenger went rogue and tried to open the door just before takeoff.
