Larry Stickney is an avowed conservative and currently works as an assistant to Pierce County District 3 Councilwoman Amy Cruver, the outlet noted.

Online records showed that Stickney purchased a plane ticket from Seattle to Washington, D.C., two days before the riot and a return ticket for the next day.
