In a recent turn of events, Malaysian Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Salahuddin Ayub was reported to have died on Sunday, ie. July 23, 2023, followed by surgery for a brain hemorrhage at the age of 61. The news of the death was confirmed by his daughter, Fatiha Salahuddin, in a Facebook post. Salahuddin was born on December 1, 1961 in Tanjung Piai, Pontian Jahor.
