The most recent of these unusual incidents is that of an artist named Alicia Framis marrying her artificial intelligence (AI) hologram companion. Yes, you read it right! Her partner doesn’t exist, but she marries him!
Spanish artist Alicia Fremis recently announced that she is preparing to marry a hologram companion developed by artificial intelligence (AI).

The ceremony to be held in Rotterdam illustrates a fusion of human interactions and technology. In a newly posted Instagram video, the artist can be seen sitting and speaking properly with her artificial intelligence partner.
The AI councilor posted a video on Instagram of the ‘couple’ eating together, in which the lady informed her holographic companion that she had added sweet potato to the food they were eating.
Later in the video, she is seen grabbing something from the refrigerator, while the man in the hologram is shown washing dishes. When she finally asked him how his day was, he said that it was going great.
How did you develop your holographic partner?
According to rumors, the couple goes by the name ‘Hybrid Couple’. The Spanish artist apparently developed her AI spouse with data from previous relationships. The film also shows the name of the AI partner, AiLex.
Several Instagram users commented on the video shortly after it went viral. One user was surprised and commented: “How come a holographic person washes dishes!” “I guess this is the only option left!” wrote another.
A third user joked: “They’re having holographic kids in the future.” A fourth person commented: “I can see her brother is already tired of her.”
