Woman Reveals The Single Interview Question That Guarantees Her Success

Interviews may be nerve-racking and demanding. You must not only prepare for questions that the employer may ask you, but you must also come up with insightful questions to present to them.

However, one lady has revealed the secret to her own success and has gone popular on TikTok for providing an interview tip that she claims has resulted in her success at every job where she has been asked. Here’s what she said,

Jennifer Reardon of the United States shared the video on TikTok, addressing the scenario that many of us encounter at the end of an interview: wondering if everything went well and if we’ll hear from them again. It is pretty standard for the interviewer to ask the candidate if they have any questions.

Jennifer suggests saying at this time, “Are there any concerns you have about me that we can address before we end?” She says, “You guys, they will have concerns, and then that’s your time to address them, and then once you’re done addressing them, they’ll have no concerns.”

She adds that it’s acceptable for them to have concerns, saying that no one is flawless.

The question apparently always gets her the job

Jennifer believes that every time she has asked this question to a prospective employer, she has been offered the job. The video, which was first shared on her personal account and has received over 32.4 million likes, has been stitched hundreds of times by individuals who agree with her counsel and provide their own perspectives.

People have been bombarding the social media creator, who claims to work in public relations, with comments regarding the advice.

Jennifer’s advice comes after Trent Innes stated that he would not hire anyone who passed his ‘coffee cup test’ since he believes it reveals more about a person’s mentality than any interview question.

He was so reliant on it that anyone who failed it was automatically barred from working for his company.

Trent, who previously worked at Xero Australia but left in September 2021, previously shared his small trick with entrepreneur Lambros Photios on the business podcast The Venture.

“I will always take you for a walk down to one of our kitchens and somehow you always end up walking away with a drink,” he revealed on the show in 2019.
