A video of a street vendor cooking chikki chat has gone viral on the Internet. The food is essentially a mix of papdi chaat and chikki, with the vendor substituting jaggery and peanut chikki for the papdi.

The video starts with the seller cutting the chikki in half. After that, he tops the base with crispy aloo bhujia. What happens next may surprise you.

The vendor serves it with spicy green chutney and lemon juice on top. Repeat the process with bhujia, this time adding chopped coriander leaves. Then he tops it with sweet chutney. An Instagram food YouTuber posted the video with the comment “Justice for Chikki.”
