10 Countries with the most Miss Universe crowns in history

Many countries have won the most important beauty pageant in the world, such as Miss Universe, some have done it more than once.

The Miss Universe pageant was first held in Long Beach, California, on June 28, 1952.

The contest was organized by Pacific Mills, an intimate apparel company, and was hosted by actor Bob Barker. The first Miss Universe was Armi Kuusela, from Finland.
