Career
Aastha founded Kraftstar Management in 2015, located in Bengaluru, with a mission to make wedding the most memorable occasion in a person’s life. She started her journey by organizing low-budget get-togethers and birthday parties. She joined the renowned insurance company AIG as a risk manager. At the same time, she also worked at an event management company to gain practical experience in the field of wedding planning.
After 6 months at AIG, Aastha started his own company Kraftstar Management with his brother Satweek Jha (Ankit). Ankit also has over three years of experience as an event manager.
Apart from comprehensive services and high budget wedding management, Aastha has started several other ventures that complement its core business of wedding event management. She owns a newspaper called The wedding diaries, which can inform interested parties about current fashion trends or other necessary topics. They own a travel company called “Explore air services”which can be a great support for a destination wedding.
