When Anuj arrives, she gives him a terrible impression and asks Anupama to donate money to the underprivileged. Friends Anuj and Malti Devi take care of the pregnant women on the bus, as well as strangers. Adhik brings her Swiss chocolate and Anuj brings her Imli goli and methi ki laddoo. While Toshu is busy visiting the UK embassy, Pakhi worries about his value at home. Toshu doesn’t seem to care when Vanraj informs him that Pari is crying. Adhik enters the room and asks about Pakhi’s whereabouts. He reminds her that he took good care of Dimpy during her pregnancy and asks for more water and attention. Pakhi says no one is interested in her and they didn’t seek second opinions from other doctors. Adhik encourages her to stop using her sympathy card and raises questions about it.
Malti Devi turns to Pakhi as she sobs, and the two wait for each other. She thinks no spouse is like Anuj and all wives wait for their husbands. Anupama claims that Anuj has made her feel less alone and has accumulated wealth, notoriety and reputation, but she forgot to develop relationships and acquire dance skills. Anuj, who married Anupama but can’t get six pack abs, shows her her meals. He asks her what she wants for tomorrow and if he wants to end her life.
Anupama informs Anuj that they will perform the Godh Bharayi performed earlier by Kavya. She notices Romil’s book on the table when Anuj invites her to visit the room shortly. Adhik pleads with Pakhi to make her realize that Dimpy lost her brother and her spouse in the space of a year. Adhik claims that she plays the victim card as much as Pakhi. She is shocked when Anupama knocks on Romil’s door to offer her book. The narrative emphasizes the value of compassion, love and understanding in the lives of individuals like Anuj and Pakhi.
