Democrats want to “fuck every city in America,” according to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The comment came during a recent installment of “Literally! With Rob Lowe” when Lowe asked the 76-year-old “Terminator” star and former Republican governor of California what it means to be a Republican and what it means to be a Democrat.
Lowe began the discussion by focusing on Republicans, noting that former Rep. David Drier, R-Calif., characterized the party’s platform as consisting of “in no particular order, strong military, low taxes, less government, more personal freedoms,” noting that there was one more that he had forgotten to mention.
“Strong law enforcement,” Schwarzenegger chimed in, in a clip flagged by Mediaite.
Lowe took the discussion to the other side of the aisle and asked Schwarzenegger what it means to be a Democrat.
“Ruin your cities,” he replied.
“That’s what Democrats would say. We are about to ruin the cities. We want to fuck up every city in America. “That seems to be the issue right now.”
“Why is that?” —Lowe asked.

“I have no idea,” he replied.
The Hollywood legend has historically been outspoken on a number of issues, including climate change, the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, and mask wearing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Schwarzenegger also made headlines recently after appearing on “The View,” where he called for comprehensive immigration reform and a secure border.

“Comprehensive immigration reform is really necessary and this immigration problem must be addressed comprehensively. First of all, I firmly believe in having a border that no one can cross. That’s number one for me,” she said.
“Number two, the important thing is that we have visas available for people who want to work in the United States, so that they do not have to work illegally. It is false, we need workers here,” she said, responding to co-host Ana Navarro.
Schwarzenegger added that the current immigration system is “created to commit a crime,” and called for bipartisan efforts to achieve the reform the system needs.
In particular, he cited concerns about terrorism and drug cartels as his reason for supporting greater border security.
Schwarzenegger served as California’s 38th governor for eight years after claiming victory in a 2003 recall election.
