Destiny Leigh was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and moved to the United States when she was one year old. Her mother was born and raised in Bulgaria, while her father is African American. She was always passionate about music and performed at school and in local theaters.
Destiny was also quite good at academics and maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout middle and high school. She received a full scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. In 2022, she participated as a contestant on the singing show The Voice 22, broadcast on NBC.
