The Hamas terrorists killed in the horrific October 7 attack on southern Israel were discovered carrying instructions on how to deploy cyanide-based chemical bombs, Israeli officials revealed.
The instructions included detailed diagrams for a “cyanide dispersal device” and were stored on USBs found on the bodies of Hamas operatives who massacred Kibbutz Be’eri, according to Israeli intelligence reviewed by Axios.
“This finding points to an intention by Hamas to use chemical weapons as part of its terrorist attack against civilians,” said a cable sent by Israel to its embassies.
The cable advised embassies to inform their diplomats that Hamas had been instructed to “conduct attacks in a manner similar to what ISIS attempted to do.”
Israeli President Isaac Herzog confirmed the existence of the instructions during an interview with Sky News on Sunday, revealing that they originated from an Al Qaeda chemical weapons design dating back to 2003.
“It is Al Qaeda material. Official Al Qaeda material. “We are dealing with ISIS, Al Qaeda and Hamas,” President Herzog said.

“That’s how shocking the situation is when we are seeing the instructions that are given on how to operate and how to create a kind of unprofessional chemical weapon with cyanide.”
Israeli officials have repeatedly compared Hamas to groups like ISIS (a terrorist group known for using horrific violence in attempting to impose extremist Islamic law around the world) since its attack on the Jewish homeland two weeks ago.
“The atrocities carried out by Hamas have not been seen since the atrocities of ISIS,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a speech shortly after the attack.
“Children tied up and executed with the rest of their families, girls and boys shot in the back, executed and other atrocities that I will not describe here.”

Hamas even brought ISIS flags to some of the kibbutzim attacked during the ambush, according to images released by Israel Defense Forces soldiers.
Israel has revealed other intelligence allegedly found on the bodies of Hamas operatives, including battle plans to “kill as many people as possible” and take hostages while attacking and burning civilian villages.
Some plans reportedly included explicit instructions to target schools to abduct children en masse and noted places where large groups of people were likely to be found, such as supermarkets and diners.
