After working there for approximately a year, she decided to find a better place for herself. She got herself a job at TAG Restaurant and started working as Executive Pastry Chef in Greater Denver Area. She worked there for more than a year.
Scott worked at different organizations for a brief amount of time and gained a lot of experiment. Then in 2013, she started working as Head Pastry Chef at The Fishery in Greater San Diego Area.
