Career
Kamlesh made his List A debut on 26 February 2017 in the Vijay Hazare Trophy for the Rajasthan team. A few days later, he took Rajasthan’s first hat-trick against Gujarat. He has played for the Rajasthan team at U14, U16 and U19 levels.
He was included in the Indian squad for the 2018 U-19 Cricket World Cup in December 2017. Kamlesh impressed everyone by bowling the ball at 149 kmph in the U-19 World Cup. Due to his incredible performance, he was selected in the Indian team for the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2019 held in Bangladesh.
In January 2018, the Kolkata Knight Riders team bought him for 3.2 million rupees in the 2018 IPL auction. However, he could not play any match due to his injury. After this, Kolkata Knight Riders signed him for the Indian Premier League 2019. But he was again ruled out of the tournament due to injury.
