Planets can be seen from Delhi under special circumstances

A clear and cloud-free sky is essential for observing planets. Clouds can obstruct the view and make it difficult to see celestial objects. Along with that, light pollution from city lights can significantly diminish the visibility of planets and other celestial objects. Observing from a location with minimal light pollution, such as a dark rural area, will provide a clearer view.

Planets become visible at different times of the year and night. Some are best seen in the evening, while others are visible before dawn. Research the best times for observing the specific planet you’re interested in.

The planet should be above the horizon and relatively high in the sky since it provides a clearer line of sight.
