According to police, Clyde Cabulisan, 29, got into a confrontation with a responding officer, which included punching and hitting.

Kyle Even, a neighboring driver, recorded the altercation on camera. He even claimed that he saw flashing lights and at first thought an accident was coming. Instead, he saw a naked man walking “casually” down the street.

The incident occurred at 11:00 pm on Tuesday when police received a complaint about a naked man on the road near Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive.

According to police, Cabulisan was chased by officers for more than five miles. He then jumped the center line, drove into oncoming traffic and ran a red light, crashing and injuring the driver and passenger of a Ford Explorer.
According to authorities, a 34-year-old woman driving the Explorer and her 43-year-old passenger suffered significant injuries and were sent to the Trauma Unit at University Medical Center. According to Nexstar’s KLAS, the passenger’s right side is paralyzed, among other problems.

Cabulisan, who had also suffered serious injuries, was detained by the police and sent to the UMC. Cabulisan is charged with robbery, disobeying a peace officer and endangering persons or property, grand theft of a motor vehicle and assault on a protected person, according to court documents.
