Welch began her career with the television movie The Dunes Club playing the role of Sunny in 2015. She appeared in the television series Agent Carter as teenager Agnes Cully in 2016 and later appeared in the television shows Modern Family as Olive, Unbelievable as Amelia and Panic as Heather Nill.
