Gergely Dudas, a Hungarian artist, devised and created the illusion. This problem is difficult since mushrooms come in different shapes and sizes. The mushrooms are also all different but very similar colors, making it much more difficult to tell them apart in this optical illusion.
The various patterns of the mushrooms are another amazing component of this painting. Some are plain, while others have spots and lines. This difficult undertaking has perplexed and baffled others.
