Pankaj Rajkhowa was born on May 5, 1985 in Guwahati, Assam, son of late Nava Kumar Rajkhowa and Tutumoni Rajkhowa. He graduated in Computer Applications from Makhanlal Chaturvedi University and then obtained an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2009.
Pankaj started playing the guitar from the age of eight. His initial training was in Margherita with guitarist Ashit Das and then he began a professional keyboard course with the late Nupur Bordoloi.

Career
Pankaj started his music career in 2014 and started composing original songs and music. She released her first cover of Girl Crush, covered during a global finale within the EMC Organization that won the award for best music. 2017 was a turning point in her career, her first Hindi single ‘Tere Bin’ won Filmfreeway’s Best Music award. Pankaj subsequently released ‘Towards Heaven’ the following year. It was a fusion and was recorded by renowned flautist Deepak Sharma and violinist Manoj Baruah.
