In mid-2019, The Pokémon Company announced that it would be releasing a Pokémon Sleep app to complement its hit mobile video game. However, over the years, Pokémon GO lost popularity and many thought that the brand had abandoned the project of launching the application.

What is Dream Pokemon?
Pokemon Sleep is a sleep monitoring app with a theme inspired by the world of Pokemon. Because? Well, because it’s planned like a video game: you’ll enter an island inhabited by a giant Snorlax together with Professor Neroli to investigate the sleep patterns of Pokémon.
Your mission will be to help Professor Neroli’s research with his dream. To play, you must leave the mobile near the pillow before sleeping. When you wake up, you will find in the app an analysis of your sleep (whether it was light, medium or deep), and depending on the results, you will be able to unlock in-game items.
If you sleep deep and sound the next day, you will see a lot of Pokemon sleeping around the Snorlax. Conversely, you will have fewer Pokémon if your sleep quality score is low. Also, depending on your achievements, you can unlock exclusive sleeping Pokemon poses that you have.
Release date of Pokémon Sleep and others
At the moment, the release date of Pokémon Sleep has not been announced. However, it is known that the Pokemon GO Plus+ peripheral announced today and that will be used for both Pokemon GO and Pokemon Sleep will hit the market for €55 on July 23 of this year.
