In a video posted by the X account ‘Clown World’, the two managers are seen pulling her towards the back of the store as she repeatedly tells them to “give me my things.” The woman then grabs a chair and tries to throw it over before one of the managers intervenes. According to the clip, she then charges at the manager and punches him, who, in return, throws her to the ground.
Footage then shows the woman driving away before abruptly reversing and jumping over the counter. As she tries to flee the store with her bag and her coat, she trips and falls to the ground. The video ends with her leaving the store.
How did the authorities react?
The incident also led to Atlanta Police officers responding, although she had already left the scene. According to the article, Elly was “fired from her position” and airport security confiscated her badge.
“All parties were provided with a case number and a deadline to obtain a copy of this report; there is nothing further to report at this time,” the report says. Authorities have not charged her with any crime.
