“It seems to me that since I’ve been doing this for five years, it’s becoming more and more frequent,” Barclay told KRDO. “It’s been like every three or four nights here, there’s someone screeching tires. “I see a lot of activity.”

Barclay said he was sad for the victims, but is not entirely surprised after the reckless driving he has witnessed.
