Exciting police dash cam footage captures Texas state troopers reaching nearly 150 mph while chasing a 15-year-old driver transporting five illegal immigrants at high speed.

The two minute video, published in X by the Texas Department of Public Safety this week, shows the getaway car flying through a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint with police in pursuit on the night of Nov. 7.

Sometimes the car accelerates and almost disappears from view, but other times it slows down so much that it seems that the driver is about to cut off the policeman before driving off again.

The chase even goes through a construction zone.

At another point, the driver stops and lets three of the migrants jump into the brush before speeding off again with the police still chasing them.

The teen, whose name was not released, then drove through the border patrol checkpoint in Falfurrias before agents were able to deploy tire deflation strips and were eventually able to stop the car, with the teen thrown to the ground and handcuffed. , as the video shows.

“The Palmview teen was arrested and charged with evading and human trafficking,” Lt. Chris Olivarez, a department spokesman, wrote in the online post.
