Step aside, Doctor Who. This man claims to have visited the future and has a photograph to prove it.
The weird video shows the ‘time traveller,’ whose face is blurred, meeting a reporter at an undisclosed location to tell what he knows about ‘secret technology’ and what humanity’s future holds in the year 6000.

The self-appointed whistleblower, whose voice has been distorted, claims to have been a part of a secret programme in the 1990s to transport people forward through time.
He claims that developments in medicine, government, and new technology will render present existence ‘primitive,’ and that humanity will live in harmony under the benign authority of an AI ruler.
In the middle of a rambling lecture, he pulls a photograph of an unnamed city to make his point. Unfortunately, it’s so hazy that it seems more like a Monet watercolour painting than a futuristic cityscape.
But hold your horses, he claims: “During the time travel process, pictures, among other things, tend to become distorted.”
“I know a lot of you are going to find my story extremely difficult to believe, and I don’t blame you, and if I were watching someone claim these same things, I would most likely not believe them,” he continues.
“It is not my intention to deceive anyone; I simply wish to spread a message about humanity’s future and where the world is headed. I’ve seen how the world has changed and the technology that has emerged; the technologies that exist in the year 6000 would shock your head.”

In an unexpected turn, the ‘time traveller’ begins to cry as he discloses he left a close friend behind who will never return. “I’m confident he’s in a good place.”
“In some ways, the future is like a utopia, yet when we tried to return, we couldn’t. All I wanted to do was see him one more time.”
In an apparent reference to Matt Damon’s film Downsizing, he adds that in the future, technology will allow humans to shrink down so that space would not be an issue.
Whether you believe him or not, you won’t have to wait long because he claims time travel will be general knowledge by 2028.
