Birth and early life
Varun Malhotra was born in New Delhi. He completed his early education in his hometown Allahabad (now Prayagraj). He later completed his graduation in the field of engineering. After graduation, he worked as an engineer at Technip from 2004 to 2007. Apart from work, he did post-graduation at IIM Ahmedabad.
In 2008, Varun moved to the US, where he studied for an MBA in Finance and Accounting at Washington University’s St. Louis – Olin Business School. Apart from this, she has passed all three levels of CFA Program from CFA Institute, USA.

Journey
At the age of 13, his father accidentally bought a book about Warren Buffett. The book gave him deep knowledge of investments. Varun made his first investment at the age of 17 and since then he has been constantly associated with the financial industry. He began speaking and subsequently teaching investments to friends and family.
In 2009, Varun decided to follow his passion and teach people about investing. This small idea grew bigger and bigger, against all my expectations, and since 2010 he has been lucky enough to train about 550,000 investors.
