The subject got a tremendous scare when one of the assailants approached him while waiting for public transportation on a street, supposedly in a city in Brazil.
However, thanks to the enormous luck that he met one of the thieves, they left him alone and without taking his belongings.
The TikTok account @cancionescff published the graphic material recorded by a home’s security cameras on September 20 of this year.
In the images you can see the man wearing a blue shirt, underwear and a backpack, standing on a corner, when he is suddenly approached by two subjects traveling on bicycles.
One of them approaches him to intimidate him and apparently ask for his belongings. In the first instance, the frightened man takes down his backpack with the intention of giving it to him.

However, he soon realizes that he knows the other person accompanying the subject. Realizing this, he smiles in relief and without hesitation in greeting his acquaintance.
The man makes signs with his hands to show that they know each other and the other individual responds to his greeting.
For his part, the first robber is left with a shocked face when he realizes that he was going to rob an acquaintance of his friend.
Finally, both subjects flee on their bicycles, while the man smiles and gives them a thumbs up sign as a sign of gratitude for leaving him alone.

Comments from people telling similar anecdotes stand out where they managed to save themselves from crime because they knew the assailants.
