Rachel Redford is a British actress. She is best known for her diverse and impressive roles in both theater and film. She rose to fame for her portrayal of Fruszi in the Netflix adventure drama series Shadow and Bone in 2023. Redford is from the village of Penarth, in the Vale of Glamorgan. Her mother Jennifer Lewis is also an actress and had a brief role in the Welsh soap opera Pobol y Cwm.

Redford then made her London stage debut in Adler & Gibb at the Royal Court Theatre, followed by Ghost from a Perfect Place at the Arcola Theatre, Closer at the Donmar Warehouse and Luna Gale at Hampstead Theater in 2015.
In 2017, Redford originated the role of Beth in the play The Jungle, performing in several runs of the show at the Young Vic, Playhouse Theatre, St. Ann’s Warehouse and Curran Theatre. For her performance in this play, Redford, her cast and crew collectively won an Obie Award in the Special Quotes category.
