As mentioned earlier, the WA police have commenced the investigation procedures as the tragic incident took place when a woman was murdered in Bedford in Perth’s northeast region. The investigation is taking place in an apparent homicide. On Monday, at 5 pm the emergency services were called to a home at Birkett Street and it was thereby understood that the woman was found dead in the house. In a statement issued by police officials, the WA police claimed that a man had been taken into custody and was assisting officers with their inquiries. However, it was reported that last night several police officers blocked off the quiet residential street for about six kilometers in northeast of Perth’s CBD. The members of the woman’s family were at the scene who were all visibly distraught. The police confirmed this as an utter ‘tragedy’. Moreover, a person named William, who lived next door to the woman and her partner described the lady as a happy, warm, and comforting young mother. Similarly, another neighbor who did not wish to be identified has claimed that the death has rocked the local community. Reportedly, the street which had been taped off on Monday had reopened on Tuesday morning. Reportedly, the forensic officers and homicide detectives continued to examine the scene at the moment.
