Caitlin Bassett is an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of Addison Augustine in the NBC television series Quantum Leap in 2022. Additionally, she also worked in a short film V Is for Vodka.
Birth and early life
Caitlin Bassett was born on March 16, 1990 in Baltimore, Maryland. Her father Stephen Bassett is a Vietnam veteran, pilot, former sportscaster and business owner, while her mother Judy Bassett is a career woman in Washington who works for the National Park Service.
At age 18, Caitlin was selected for the U.S. Army and spent seven vital years as an intelligence analyst, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant and completing three combat deployments, two of which were in Afghanistan. During her service, Caitlin completed her bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University of Maryland. She subsequently moved to New York City to attend Brooklyn Law School.
