Education
Cézanne studied at the Barnes boarding school in Deolali. After that, he completed his graduation from MMK College of Commerce and Economics in Bandra, Mumbai. After completing his graduation, he joined NMIMS (a famous MBA institute), but dropped out there because during his college days he received an offer to do a film.

Career
Cezanne was fond of acting and joined modeling and theater during his college days. While she was doing an MBA, she was offered a movie. She left her MBA and became involved in the making of that film. However, that film was never released, but it diverted Khan to pursue his acting career. Cezanne made his acting debut in the year 1988 with a television show Hasratein given to him by Anubhav Sinha and aired on Zee TV. After that, he worked in Pal Chhin and Kaliren.
Cezanne gained immense popularity by participating in Ekta Kapoor’s television show called Kasauti Zindagi Ki, which gave him recognition in Indian households. She played the male lead role of Anurag Basu opposite Shweta Tiwari. He also acted in Ek Ladki Anjaani Si, which aired on Sony TV.
In 2007, she made her Pakistani show called Silsiley Chahat Ke. After a long break from the television industry, she returned in the year 2021 with the television series Shakti-Astitiva Ke Ehsaas Ki, where she played the lead role of Harman. In 2022, he appeared in the Sony television series Apanpan Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan, where he starred alongside popular actress Rajshree Thakur.
