Former President Donald Trump is eager to face off in a debate with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, over his treatment of the queen.
“I didn’t like the way he treated the queen,” Trump told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt on Wednesday.
“I would love to debate with her. I’d love to. “I very much disagree with what they are doing.”
Trump, 77, described his relationship with the late Queen Elizabeth II as “very friendly.”
“She was an incredible woman. At 95 years old, she was very intelligent. She was 100%. when you look [President] “Biden, you say this is a different planet,” he continued.
Britain’s longest-reigning monarch died on September 22, 2022, aged 96.
The front-runner for the 2024 GOP presidency also expanded on his concerns about the vitality of his successor.
“Look, anything is possible, but when I look, his body is shot and his mind is worse,” Trump said.

“He doesn’t run the government,” he continued, referring to the 80-year-old commander in chief.
“The people around him, who are very intelligent fascists and communists, those are the people who run our country.”
Trump’s comments about Markle, 42, came during a discussion about the upcoming 50th anniversary of the iconic 1973 “Battle of the Sexes” in which Billie Jean King defeated Bobby Riggs in an exhibition tennis.
The matchup remains the most-watched tennis match in television history, drawing an estimated 90 million viewers worldwide.

But Hewitt mused that a debate between Trump and Markle could top that, before asking the former president if he would do it for the ratings.
“Oh, if you want to set it up, let’s set it up. Let’s do something,” Trump joked.
Last month, Trump skipped the first 2024 Republican presidential debate on August 23 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, citing his monstrous lead in the polls.
The Fox News debate averaged 12.8 million views. Meanwhile, Trump opted for an interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
Trump has also not committed to attending the second Republican debate on September 27 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California.

Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, sensationally decided to step away from royal duties in 2020 in a very public fight with the royal family. The couple moved to California.
At the time, Trump vehemently opposed any US funding for his security.
The rebel royal sat down for an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021 in which they took turns criticizing the royal family.
“I was trapped within the system, as is the rest of my family,” the Duke of Sussex, 38, told Winfrey.
“My father and brother are trapped. They can’t leave and I have great compassion for that.”

Trump previously criticized the royal couple and placed most of the blame on Markle.
“I think Harry has been horribly used and I think he’s going to regret it one day,” Trump said during an interview with the UK’s Nigel Farage in 2021.
