Neeharika Roy was born on November 9, 2002 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is the daughter of Dolan Roy and Mihir Roy. She has done school studies at Dnyan Ganga Education Trust school.
Neeharika started her career with the historical television series Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, an important role of Saubhagyawati in the Sony TV show. In 2022, she got the opportunity to play the lead role of Trishala Bansal in SAB TV’s show Tera Yaar Hoon Main, starring alongside Sudeep Sahir, Sayantani Ghosh and Shweta Gulati. Neeharika later starred in Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan as the female lead. The show is an official remake of Zee Tamil serial Yaaradi Nee Mohini.
