Doe is seeking $500,000 in damages for allegations of sexual assault and battery, negligent hiring and supervision, employment discrimination based on gender, harassment, retaliation, and other violations of California state law.
Representatives for Nobu Malibu did not immediately respond to the Post’s request for comment.
