A South Carolina private Christian school teacher and mother of two was arrested Wednesday for pressuring a teenage student into sex and sending him nude photographs, police said.
Reagan Anderson, 27, faces two counts of sexual assault with a 17-year-old boy, according to an arrest warrant obtained by WCSC.
“A trusted coach, teacher and friend who abused our trust and violated her oath as an educator. “She has ruined our son’s life,” the victim’s mother criticized Anderson during her court hearing Thursday.
“He should be 100% focused on being a fun-loving young man who plays football, but this predator has stolen that ability from him. “No quarterback or young athlete is safe in our community if this woman is free.”
The Holly Hill Academy teacher allegedly began abusing the 17-year-old in October.
The first assault reportedly took place at a private residence in Holly Hill, a small town 50 miles north of Charleston, followed by a second in the parking lot of a Pizza Hut in the nearby town of Santee.

Anderson also allegedly sent nude photos of the teen on Snapchat, his mother alleged.
Rumors of an inappropriate relationship quickly swirled at Holly Hills Academy, a private Christian prep school that teaches kindergarten through 12th grade.
Administrators contacted police on November 8.

“Holly Hill Academy learned last week of allegations regarding an inappropriate relationship between a staff member and a high school student. Administration immediately contacted authorities and continues to work cooperatively with them as they investigate the allegations. ” school principal Brandy Mullennax wrote in a letter sent to parents.
Anderson was quickly fired from her teaching position.
On her Linkedin page, the alleged pervert described herself as “very passionate about children.”

“I am currently a stay-at-home mom looking for opportunities at home to help support myself and my family,” her bio says.
A judge set Anderson’s bail at $2,500 and ordered him to wear a GPS monitor.
He was also prohibited from having contact with the boy he allegedly sexually abused and his family.
