A huge fight broke out at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, leaving airport staff fighting to maintain control. Passengers were seen pulling hair, hitting and other violent acts, turning the terminal into a scene of chaos.
Several people were injured due to the chaotic fighting, from minor scratches and bruises to more serious injuries that required medical attention. Emergency medical personnel quickly arrived to help those in need.
At least a dozen people were involved in the brawl, which began when two assaulted a 24-year-old woman. Two suspects were also arrested at the scene: Christopher Hampton, 18, and Tembra Hicks, 20. Police detained them and charged them with a misdemeanor of violence.

Chicago’s 16th and 17th Precinct Police Scanner shared the video on Twitter with the caption: “Sent out on video of a fight this morning at O’Hare International Airport.” The video shared on Twitter shows a chaotic situation on the lowest floor of Terminal 3, where numerous people were involved in violent altercations. The video showed one guy aggressively lunging at another while a man in a green T-shirt lunged at an opponent, striking with the ferocity of a wrestler. Amidst the chaos, a group of women can be seen on the ground, pulling at their hair.
A woman is seen using her headphones as a weapon before a man knocks her to the ground and punches her, causing onlookers to scream even louder.
Others are seen holding the woman to the ground, while travel pillows and other items can be seen scattered around the baggage claim area. The woman on the ground in the center tries to get to her feet and walk away from the fight, with some of her bright red tresses on the ground.

Passengers turned to violence on the lower level of Terminal 3 around 11 p.m., according to Chicago police. The suspects arrested at the scene were each charged with one misdemeanor count of violence.
