A Democratic congressional candidate from Oregon feared her future in politics was ruined when a video of her as a Manhattan dominatrix surfaced online, but she is now embracing her raunchy past, she told The Post.
Courtney Casgraux, who wants to represent Portland’s western suburbs, was horrified when a clip of her working in a Midtown BDSM dungeon was posted anonymously to Reddit on August 31.
“[I was] I just panicked… Then I thought, ‘Who did this?’ and I started calling everyone I knew from my past… I was like hyperventilating, crying,” the Huntington Beach, California, native recalled.
Casgraux, 41, worked as a dominatrix in her 20s and 30s, charging clients $500 an hour.
Years later, while staying with a friend in the Bronx during the pandemic, she returned to the risqué business, this time at Donatella’s Dungeon, an S&M club that still operates at Sixth Avenue and West 39th Street.
Although the Pearl District, Oregon, resident never found out who posted the racy images, she believes the poster was trying to “embarrass” her.

“To be ashamed of something that helped create the life I have today, where I have opportunities… made me very angry. Because it felt like an attack on women, not just me,” said Casgraux, whose advocacy work has included teaching courses on puberty and menstruation at a Boys and Girls Club in Los Angeles, as well as training displaced women and victims of deals in technical trades through another nonprofit based in Los Angeles.
He now has his sights set on winning the seat held by Democratic Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici, and has focused his campaign on voting and abortion rights, and reversing the Beaver State’s broad decriminalization of drugs, he said.

Casgraux, who does not receive compensation from Playboy, also posts more substantive content on his account, such as an explanation of how Article 2 of the Constitution grants presidential and impeachment powers, and his views on the challenges facing small farms. Americans.

“If I can win, it will be amazing: Let’s go to Washington… and we’ll make amazing legislation.
“But there’s no loss if I can make a woman feel like there’s no shame in her past and what she’s done… You can run for Congress, too,” Casgraux said.
