Murder is considered the greatest sin. Still, people commit this crime deliberately, however, sometimes the situation causes a person to commit a crime. But still, it is the biggest crime and it is time to stop it. This type of news distresses us and forces us to think about where the world is going and when all these crimes will stop. No one has the answer and we personally believe that it is difficult to stop this type of crime, but at least we can try to reduce the crime rate. Now, everyone must be thinking why we are suddenly looking to know this matter and now where the crime of murder occurred. If you’re actively reading the newspapers or websites, you’ve probably heard of the Ben Moncrieff murder case.

This person has been brutally stabbed by the perpetrator who is currently on the run and the police are looking for him. The murder case has already started and the police are investigating the matter and trying to collect all the significant clues from this case so that they can provide justice to the victim’s family. On Saturday 6 May 2023, emergency services were reportedly called to the Southgate Street area of Bath city center after receiving reports of the man fatally injured. Wasting no more time, the emergency services together with the police arrived at the crime scene but unfortunately they were unable to save the life of the 18 year old victim who was later identified as Ben Moncrieff.
Reports indicate that he already died at the scene of the crime and that the police did not even have time to admit him to the hospital. Shockingly, in this crime, a 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder. The police link the role of this young teenager to the incident and try to find out if he is solely responsible for the murder of the 18-year-old or if someone else is also included. This murder case is reportedly currently being handled by Avon and Somerset Police who claimed they initially detained 3 people but after some time 2 were released without any charges.
However, the teenager is still in police custody and the authorities have given the police enough time to question him. The whole society is shocked and confused by this crime and wants to know why this incident happened and what prompted the killer to kill the 18 year old. Reports state that the incident occurred at around 03:30 BST on Saturday, where Moncrieff was discovered in serious condition, who was later pronounced dead. Investigating officers reviewed various CCTV images and took witness statements as part of the investigation.
